Today, on Armed Services Day, we express our humble and profound gratitude for all those currently serving together with all those who have served our republic in the past.
The tremendous sacrifices both you and your loved ones have made on our behalf is truly inspiring and appreciated.
President Truman signed the observance into law on July 26th 1947.
